The program with complete documentation is too large to fit on a
standard floppy disk(362K). The documentation has been placed on
this disk in ARC format. Follow the instructions to print the
documentation. Move the programs to your hard disk on drive C:
or a floppy disk on drive B:. You will need about 500k of hard
disk space to operate FFUN with a seasonal database.
Warning: Do not change the names of the .EXE files to anything
else or the program will not work.

The first screen you will see gives you some advice on how to
operate the game. The game is simple to operate. It has menus
which allow you to select the functions you will have seen on the
first screen. First time users may want to print out the documenta-
tion which is about 33 pages long.

Use following command to print out the users guide.

AVOIDING PROBLEMS.
The most commonly reported problem in the past has been the
team names which appear on top of the Sunday and Monday
reports. Users have complained that the names of the teams
were not the same as the teams which played on Sunday and
Monday.
The problem was caused by users printing a selection sheet for
weeks in the future using the menu item to print a sheet for
next week. When you print a sheet for next week, the program
saves the names of the teams in a special file. When you then
print a sheet for the games 2 weeks from now, it saves the
names of the teams playing 2 weeks from now. These are not
the names of the teams which are playing this coming weekend.
To avoid this problem use the Utility Menu item,
4. Print future week selection sheet.
this feature prints a sheet without saving the names of the
teams.
NEW FEATURES.
Change in Menus.
A function on the Weekly Menu has been switched with a
function on the Utility Menu. The function,
Print future week selection sheet.
has been moved to the Utility Menu and the function,
Print/View the Player Selections.
has been moved to the Weekly Menu. This was done because the
Print/View Player Selections is done every week and some users
could not find it easily.
Customize the selection sheet.
The user may create a data file with custom heading lines
for the selection sheet. A method has now been added to
the utility menu which will prompt the user for the
necessary lines. All the user has to do is
type in the custom lines for the selection sheet when the
program prompts him.
The menu item can be found on the Utility Menu.
8. Customize Weekly Selection Sheet.
This menu item will prompt for the six heading lines at the
top of the of the selection sheet. It will then prompt for
the line which appears below the selection sheet line,
TOTAL POINTS IN GAME 27-28 ( )
and finally it will prompt for a line to be placed on
the bottom of the sheet below,
NAME............................................
TIE BREAKER POINTS.
Some users prefer to use the point spread of the Monday night
game as the tie breaker. The selection sheet can now be
printed so that it will show 'POINT SPREAD' instead of 'TOTAL
POINTS'. This is done at the time the user is setting up the
customized selection sheet.
The program will prompt user for a 'P' if they use the point
spread instead of the total points.
